As the senior active care specialist for Upward Motion, I am
dedicated to helping better the lives of all the Zoomers who
see me. Because of my dedication, I have designed a
program called Ageless Fitness. This program is
designed for the boomers and is geared toward strength and
balance. My program will increase your over all well
being; increasing your strength, stability, flexibility.
